What to expect:

• You define priorities and expecta-tions for the key account and manage them (P&L responsibility)
• You monitor results and performance according the clearly defined KPIs and SLAs and adapt to the cust-omer`s wishes when appropriate
• You build a team of capable location and country managers
• You work closely with other business units and departments to advance best practice approaches and processes within the account

What are we looking for:

• You have a successful degree in engineering, business adminis-tration, FM, technology or a comparable qualification of that kind
• You stand out with multiple years of professional leadership experience in a comp. position, pref. international key account control in FM
• Your strengths lie in communication skills & a service oriented mentality
• Your sensitivity and strong empathy help to build a close client relation
• You possess motivational skills and can communicate in fluent English and/or adequate German language
